A big part of the commissions that restaurants pay to Grub Hub, Uber Eats & Door Dash are for marketing and the rest are for the platform's drivers they're sending to the restaurant. When the restaurant stops using Grub Hub, Uber Eats & Door Dash to dispatch drivers and switch to UpMo Restaurant Delivery; these platforms will REMOVE their DELIVERY commissions which are half of what the restaurants are paying in commissions.

That's never happened before but if it does happen, UpMo Restaurant Delivery will cover the food cost and also issue credit the customer for the same amount.
We utilize both Door Dash & Uber Eats Drivers simultaneously.
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Our parent group started in 2013 with 13 years in the Food Delivery Business.
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the food was cancelled. If the reason is "our driver" ,we will cover 100% the food cost. Grub Hub only covers 70%!
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. A few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
